The project

The Local Arab Leadership Development initiative is designed to support and empower 17 emerging leaders in Israeli Arab communities, and to prepare them for the 2018 local elections. The project is implemented by Shatil – the Empowerment and Training Center for Social Change Organizations between 2016 and the summer of 2019.
