FSU Young Leadership Programs
The program
The goal of the "Young Leadership Programs" is to create a platform for the development of Jewish young leaders (aged 18-35) in the FSU region, and promote their active involvement into community life. Today, JDC-FSU operates several young leadership programs: Metsuda young leadership program in Russia and in Ukraine, Knafaim in Moscow and Lehava in Saint-Petersburg. The programs nurture leadership skills and Jewish identity through a series of professional training courses. The annual program cycle culminates in community-oriented projects designed and implemented by the participants.
