Working Together - Employment creation in the Southern periphery

The program

 

“Working Together” is a joint venture of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services and philanthropic foundations. The overarching goal of this pilot program is to facilitate job creation benefiting youth at risk in the Southern periphery. The program fosters new partnerships between employment organizations, youth centers and employers interested in sustainable employment solutions. New partnerships benefit from institutional capacity development and financial support, while the youth are offered professional training, skill-building, job placement and accompaniment throughout the program.

Tasks: Developing the evaluation system for the program

  • developing the theories of change for the program and its tracks

  • designing data collection tools

  • collecting qualitative and quantitative data from employment organizations, youth centers, employers and youth at risk

  • aggregating and analyzing data

  • identifying lessons learnt, continuously sharing knowledge and recommendations

  • drafting and publishing the final evaluation report
